Woohoo~ It’s the weekends and I’m so happy!!! Because I can meet the QAT ( Qiao Yu, Adela and Tiffany) tomorrow. Been so long since I last saw Adela and Tiffany. We will be going to Bugis for shopping again. Haha.. But I will be meeting Tiffany tomorrow earlier because I want to go to the library to borrow some Chemistry Books as reference for my Chem report. I had not done it yet and it is due on this coming Tuesday. So, I will have to get it done by tomorrow or by Monday.
Anyway, nothing much happen today except going out with my mother to City Plaza. No nice clothes there and so we went to pamper our stomach by eating many things. Haha, Penang Laksa and Arnold’s Chicken again. We walked around and did not manage to see anything we like and so went home at 1 plus.
I realized I am getting too fat and so I decided to go to the gym at the community centre opposite my house for some exercise. It was very cheap ($2 for 2 hours).I went to work out at the treadmill and practically brisk walk for 3.4km. ( Inclination: 7, Speed:6.5, Time : 24:32) After that, I was already panting and sweating like mad. And I saw a middle-aged Indian man who set his speed to 10 and he ran I think at least 30 minutes non-stop. His stamina is so good .. After that, I went to raise the 5kg dumb bells for only 10 times and I gave up. I did not want to strain my muscles because I still have to go shopping tomorrow. I got real tired after that and so went home after 1 hour. I had 1 more hour to go but I decided to head home because my whole body was so sticky. I want to go to the gym again! Hmm, perhaps next Wednesday.= )
